Soya peptone is made from soybean isolate protein, enzymatically cleaved by protease, then filtered, concentrated, spray-dried and rich in microbial growth and fermentation and animal growth and development of polypeptide, dipeptide, and a variety of amino acid components, but also contains more vitamins needed for the growth of bacteria and other growth factors, which can make the bacterial filament stout, growth, and can be used as a feed in the excellent natural protein supplements.
Features
The product is yellow or brownish-yellow powdery solid, no lump phenomenon, with the characteristic odour of the product, no peculiar smell.
Application
1) Pharmaceutical and food production and processing, can be used for microbiological culture.
2) Used in the fermentation of antibiotics such as Flavomycin, Streptococcus lactis, Abamectin, Chlortetracycline, Madithromycin, and others.
3) Used for fermentation of clear liquids such as xanthan gum, knotted cold gum, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, vitamins and citric acid.
